Ecoshield Acoustic Enclosures are a modular design acoustic panel system providing a high level of noise reduction for both internal and external applications.

Acoustic Enclosures typically achieve performance between 15dB(A) to 30dB(A) Our Acoustic Enclosures are custom designed and manufactured to meet individual customer specifications.

The flexibility of design allows for incorporating various options such as personnel access doors, visual panels and acoustic louvres or attenuators for ventilation.

Our modular panels are lightweight and easy to install and manufactured from 50mm perforated acoustic sandwich panels.

At the heart of our acoustic enclosures is the DS-AcoustiCore panel, a high-performance, tunable acoustic panel designed for superior noise reduction. Available in thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 200mm, the DS-AcoustiCore panel delivers excellent sound absorption and transmission loss, making it ideal for demanding industrial and commercial applications.

To suit different environmental and operational needs, DS-AcoustiCore panels are available in:

• Galvanized or powder-coated steel – High strength and durability

• Aluminum – Lightweight and corrosion-resistant

• Stainless steel (304 or 316 grades) – Ideal for harsh environments, chemical plants, and food processing industries

Enhanced Acoustic Performance with Tunable Core Technology

For applications requiring superior noise attenuation or precise frequency targeting, the DS-AcoustiCore panel can be customized with advanced tunable core materials, including:

1. Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) Integration

Tunable Acoustic Performance – By adjusting the panel’s mass, speci c frequencies can be
targeted, making it e ective for controlling low-frequency industrial noise such as engine hums, generator drones, and HVAC vibrations.

Increased Sound Transmission Loss (STL) – The addition of MLV signiﬁcantly enhances the panel’s ability to block airborne noise, reducing sound transmission even further.

2. Tunable Mass Mineral Wool Core

Variable Density Mineral Wool – The DS-AcoustiCore panel features a high-density mineral wool core, which can be customized with diƯerent densities and layered conﬁgurations to optimize sound absorption and damping.

Targeted Frequency Control – By tuning the mass and composition of the core, the panel can be custom-engineered to absorb and attenuate speciﬁc frequency ranges, addressing both low- frequency industrial noise and high-frequency equipment sounds.
